UPK Preschool 2024-2025

4 Year Olds
All 4 year olds will qualify for free part-day programs. 

Our part-day programs are 3 hours a day, Monday-Thursday with both AM and PM options available.  Part-day will be available at the following locations:
 
  • Giberson Elementary in District 2
  • Monterey Elementary in District 2​
  • Oak Creek Elementary in District 2
  • Pikes Peak Elementary in District 2
  • Sand Creek Elementary in District 2
  • Fort Carson Center in District 8
  • Carver Elementary in District 11
  • Mark Twain Elementary in District 11
4 Year Olds with Qualifying Factors
All 4 year olds with a qualifying factor will qualify for free full-day programs. 
 
  • To be a qualifying 4 year old your family must be living below poverty for your family size.
OR
  • Your family must have an income below 270% of poverty guidelines.
AND
  1. Have limited English proficiency
  2. Is eligible for special education with an IEP
  3. Is experiencing homelessness
  4. Is in foster/kinship care
 
Our full-day programs are 7.5 hours a day, Monday-Thursday 
 
Full-day will be available at the following locations:
  • Bricker Elementary in District 2
  • Centennial Elementary in District 2​
  • Chamberlin Elementary in District 2
  • Giberson Elementary in District 2
  • Monterey Elementary in District 2
  • Pikes Peak Elementary in District 2
  • North Elementary in District 3
  • Fort Carson Center in District 8
  • Grant Elementary in District 11
  • Monroe Elementary in District 11
  • Queen Palmer Elementary in District 11
  • High Plains Elementary in District 20
  • Falcon Elementary in District 49
  • Evans Elementary in District 49
  • Hunt Center in District 11
  • Pikes Peak State College in District 2
  • Tatum Center in District 11
3 Year Olds with an IEP
All 3 year olds with an Individualize Education Plan (IEP) will qualify for full-day services through the district in which they live.

CPCD is happy to walk you through this process, whether you are ultimately placed in our program or a district program.  We recognize that this can sometimes be hard to navigate and will help you take the steps you need to ensure your child is placed and receiving IEP services.
