CHILD DEVELOPMENT VISION STATEMENT:

The Child Development department enhances every child’s ability to learn in a safe, responsive relationship and play-based environment where staff is focused on individualizing experiences and nurturing healthy development.  Our child-centered approach prepares children for success through intentional practices by employees who are respectful, thoughtful, and committed to continuous growth and who partner with the family in determining how each child will reach his/her full potential.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH VISION STATEMENT:

The Behavioral Health department holds the foundational belief that all families possess strengths and solutions.  With this in mind, the department empowers teachers and parents to help all young children acquire the social emotional skills needed to reach their full potential by promoting positive relations in safe, nurturing environments using the Pyramid Plus Approach to Social Emotional programming.

SPECIAL NEEDS VISION STATEMENT:

The Special Needs department respects and celebrates the abilities of each child with special needs and helps these children to reach their full potential by providing inclusive, integrated therapy services in partnership with families.

ENROLLMENT VISION STATEMENT:

The Enrollment department offers excellent customer service in a family friendly environment and provides a variety of enrollment opportunities to ensure we are reaching those most in need of our services.

FAMILY SERVICES VISION STATEMENT:

The Family Services department establishes respectful partnerships and provides individualized support for all families and addresses the educational, economic and social connection needs of both parents and children.  Staff emphasizes the Two Generation approach by providing family support in areas that move the whole family toward educational success and economic security.

HEALTH & NUTRITION VISION STATEMENT:

The Health & Nutrition department coordinates preventive and early intervention medical, dental and nutrition services for children that support their optimal cognitive development and school readiness.  The department promotes a life-long commitment to a healthy lifestyle for both children and families through individualized services, quality health education programs, and connections to health providers in the community.

TRANSPORTATION VISION STATEMENT:

The Transportation department provides safe, reliable transportation and safety education to children and families to support full participation in our programs.

FINANCE VISION STATEMENT:

The Finance department protects the integrity of our financial status by providing clear, accurate, timely and honest information, guidance and support to the CPCD agency and community.  Our decisions are made collaboratively by capitalizing on each team member's strengths while maintaining compliance with all applicable standards, financial laws and regulations.

HUMAN RESOURCE VISION STATEMENT:

The Human Resource department provides exceptional customer service to candidates and employees through a variety of engagement programs that attracts, retains and develops the whole employee.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY VISION STATEMENT:

​The Information Technology department handles all aspects of technology as it relates to CPCD's organizational mission. We provide support for computers, laptops, tablets and phones as well as applications, Office and SharePoint.

The Program Development and Evaluation department supports children and families in reaching their full by ensuring that CPCD and its partners offer excellent program services.  The department promotes integration and communication between CPCD program and support departments and utilizes data to monitor and enhance existing programs and to develop new programs to meet the needs of children, families and the community.

PURCHASING VISION STATEMENT:

The Purchasing department facilitates best practices and achieves economies of scale in the procurement of goods and services for the effective and efficient operation of CPCD, and ensures that such goods and services represent best value, quality service and timely delivery.

VOLUNTEER VISION STATEMENT:

The Volunteer department cultivates a thriving volunteer program that connects staff, community volunteers and family volunteers to each other and to all aspects of CPCD.  We inspire volunteers to share their passion for CPCD within the community.
